Mr. Wubker leads the medical services delivery commercial business group within LGS responsible for quality control, new business initiatives, and management of performance excellence for more than 90 medical facilities in the state of Virginia. Mr. Wubker brings over twenty years of project and business unit management expertise. He is a specialist in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and is adept at interpreting the specific needs of commercial customers. He is a decorated U.S. special operations combat veteran with an undergraduate degree in business and is currently completing his graduate studies at the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
Danny has been with Legacy Care since 2013. He is instrumental in developing new markets for provider placement and strengthens our ties to other hospital and LTC systems in Virginia.
Kathy has been with Legacy Care since 2011. She trained as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at VCU School of Nursing and is board certified in Acute Care. She has over 17 years’ experience as a Nurse and has since transitioned into a leadership role managing the planning and implementation of business development initiatives to expand existing business and develop new opportunities throughout central Virginia. She is responsible for Human Capital Management which includes staffing, training, and performance objectives as well as consistent improvement of quality care metrics.
Experienced senior manager leading the planning and implementation of business development initiatives to expand existing business and develop new opportunities in the Hampton Roads Market. She is responsible for Human Capital Management which includes staffing, training, and performance objectives as well as consistent improvement of quality care metrics. Beth holds a BA from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO and a MA in Administration from the University of Missouri.
Melanie has more than 15 years experience working with various healthcare organizations including acute and critical access hospitals and post-acute care facilities. Her primary focus is business development, operational success and financial vitality while meeting the needs of the customer within a positive, working relationship. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
